Statewide Contracts

Statewide contracts are multiple agency, multiple government cooperative contracts that are typically mandatory for use by State agencies boards and commissions and  available (non-mandatory or permissive) to members of the State Purchasing Cooperative.

Statewide contracts are solicited and administered by the State Procurement Office (SPO) as well as by a series of key agencies across the State of Arizona.  Currently, SPO and the Strategic Contracting Centers (SCCs) administer over eight hundred (800) Statewide Contracts. As the status of Statewide Contracts periodically change, the following is a standard report available to organizational users from within the State's eProcurement system, ProcureAZ.

  • Statewide Contracts, Full List (updated 11-06-2009) (.xls) (.pdf)
  • Statewide Contracts, December 2009 Update (.pdf)

Questions regarding a specific Statewide Contract should be directed to SPO or to the applicable SCC, and to the responsible Procurement Officer identified in the report.
