Information Processing Center (IPC)

The Information Processing Center serves the information processing needs of state agencies by providing services in mainframe and mid-range computing. These functions maintain a 24/7 365 day per year operation of computing systems for customer usage. Database management, capacity planning and system balancing go along with these responsibilities. End-user support is also critical to good customer service, providing trouble-shooting, monitoring of communication links and system security.
